Altamonte CrossFit & Sports Performance offers 1- or 2-day seminars in the Olympic lifts-the Snatch and Clean+Jerk. The Olympic lifts are a major component of CrossFit, but more importantly, the lifts have been used by Strength & Conditioning Coaches all over the world for any athlete for decades. The movements are explosive, technical, and provide not only a full body workout improving overall fitness but also athletic development.

One Day Seminar
Introduction to the Olympic Lifts
8 hour workshop, most commonly held from 9am-5pm, consisting of all practical applications of the lifts. The first part of the day covers the Snatch, followed by a 1 hour break, with the Clean + Jerk instruction in the afternoon. This course is taught as a hands on seminar with no classroom time focusing on the technique of the lifts, how to both learn them yourself and teach them to others most efficiently, and a general overview on how to train in the lifts regularly.
Two Day Seminar

Advanced Clinic
12 hour workshop split into 2 days. It is designed more like a training camp where participants have 4 training sessions throughout the weekend with periodic demonstrations and videos review. This seminars goal is to place participants directly into training, having already had some experience in the Olympic lifts. Each workout is coached by 2-3 instructors all experienced in training elite level athletes.
